Business Meeting Discussion

Admissions Have NEVER BEEN MORE COMPETITIVE...

....And The world after college has never been more UNCERTAIN.

Student Doing Homework

Acceptance Rates are down.
Expectations are up.

  • It is 3-9x harder to get into a Top 30 school vs the 1990’s.

  • SAT scores are up ~200 points; AP credits are up 7x.

  • Students’ impact, not mere participation, are now crucial.

An excellent college is necessary.
it may not be sufficient.

  • Half of new graduates start jobs that do not need a degree.

  • Remote work has created global competition for many roles.

  • AI is rapidly redefining what employers need and value.

Our Philosophy:
Compete for college by preparing for life.

We help build winning college applications by developing more capable people. We focus on skills and mindsets with almost universal value:

  • Developing actionable self-awareness

  • Thinking critically and creatively

  • Solving ambiguous and unfamiliar problems

  • Building influence with individuals and groups

  • Maximizing energy, resilience, and persistence

How it Works

We develop students and their college application profiles with three complementary and concurrent strategies.

1
Admissions Strategy & Application Execution

Personalized, one-on-one advising on course selection, extracurricular strategy, SAT/ACT prep, summer planning, and the development of all application components — built around a narrative that’s authentically yours and shaped over years.

Real-World Coaching & Student Development

Personalized, one-on-one development of skills and mindsets that underpin success in life: actionable self awareness, critical thinking and creative problem-solving, building trust and influence, and fostering resilience and persistence.

2
Peer Networking & Alumni Insights

Facilitated group discussions and case studies that sharpen communication skills, broaden students’ perspectives and build their personal network. Networking opportunities with alumni who are enrolled at top university programs.

Real-World Coaching & Student Development

Questions families ask us

When should we start?

You can start any time - even senior year. The best time to start is early in 9th or 10th grade to build a deliberate narrative, though we work with students at various stages of their high school journey.

How is this different from other admissions consultants?

We don't just optimize applications; we coach students to develop the real-world skills that make them stand out naturally. We build upon this with tactical, proven support in crafting the actual applications.

How does the two-coach model actually work in practice?

Every student gets an admissions expert for tactical application strategy and a professional coach and mentor for high-impact skill-building, ensuring a comprehensive growth path. Students are guided through advising sessions with each mentor as they become relevant in their high school journey.

Where do you work?

We operate virtually and serve students across the world who want to attend universities in the United States. We leverage a national network of students and alumni, as well.
